LEA Data Processes Toolkit

This toolkit contains customizable protocols that states can use when working with their local education agencies (LEAs) to help them clearly define and document IDEA data collection processes. Documentation helps LEAs collect and report comprehensive, high-quality data and ensure they report data accurately and in a timely fashion to improve decisionmaking about children and youth with disabilities.
